Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3

• The exhibition will remain open, but outdoor tour may be suspended.

Black Rainstorm Warning

• If hoisted before opening hours: The exhibition will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The exhibition will re-open three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is cancelled or lowered less than four hours from the normal closing time, the exhibition will remain closed for the rest of the day.
• If hoisted during opening hours: The exhibition will remain open with limited operations. All outdoor tours will be suspended.

Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

• If hoisted before opening hours: The exhibition will remain closed until the signal is lowered. The exhibition will re-open three hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal is cancelled or lowered less than four hours from the normal closing time, the exhibition will remain closed for the rest of the day.
• If hoisted during opening hours: The exhibition will be closed.
